The treatment consists of five two-second pulses with the Swift machine once monthly. There is no cutting, bleeding, open wound, or home treatments necessary. Most warts resolve after 2-3 monthly treatments.
Most patients will feel a second of heat at the treatment site with each pulse but there is no burning or tissue destruction. There is usually no pain following the procedure and the patient may resume there normal activities immediately.
