Meet Our Doctors

  • Dr.
    Richard Berliner

    Dr. Richard Berliner is a SUNY Stony Brook graduate. He graduated from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine and received the 'Excellence of Biomechanics' award in 1992. He completed a 24 month podiatric surgical residency at Beth Israel Hospital in New Jersey in 1994; including training in complex reconstructive foot surgery. He served as chief resident from 1993 - 1994. He has special interests in wound care, sports medicine and pediatric foot care. In 2014, Dr. Berliner became the second podiatrist in New York State, and one of only 23 in the United States, to meet the requirements as a Certified Wound Specialist Physician, CWSP.

    Jill Berkowitz-Berliner

    Dr. Jill Berkowitz-Berliner is a Smith College graduate. She is a 1992 graduate of the New York College of Podiatric Medicine. She completed her podiatric surgical residency at Englewood Hospital in New Jersey in 1993. She has a special interest in maternity-related foot problems. Dr Berkowitz-Berliner is the person to see in Westchester for the removal of foreign bodies (splinters, glass, etc) in the foot She is also an excellent phlebotomist and is available to draw blood in the office, saving our patients from a trip to lab.
